Fisher & Paykel Terms

1) Independence & Customer‑First Advice

The Scheme is designed to reward genuine sales performance. Your advice must always be based on your customers’ needs and best interests, not on potential rewards you may receive.

2) Anti‑Bribery & Anti‑Corruption

Fisher & Paykel requires all participants to comply with applicable anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption laws, including the Bribery Act 2010. The Scheme must never be used to offer, give, request or receive any improper advantage.

3) Honest Use of the Platform & Claims

To protect the integrity of the Scheme, all sales claims must be genuine and verifiable. F&P may check and audit claims and, where necessary, investigate potential misuse.

4) Tax Treatment

All rewards, incentives and benefits provided under the Scheme constitute taxable income. F&P will operate the required HMRC tax reporting and settlement arrangements and will bear the cost of the associated Income Tax and National Insurance contributions in accordance with UK tax legislation.

5) Acceptance of Scheme Terms & Privacy

Participation is subject to the Elevate by Fisher & Paykel Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice, which explain how the Scheme works, how your data is used, and your rights.
